I purchased a pair of Dririder Orbit ADV C2 (motorcycling) Boots in 2021 from an Australian retailer (Bikebiz). After five years of use, one of the plastic fastening straps snapped during a motorcycle ride. Despite the boots being well out of the warranty period, they are in otherwise good condition, so I searched for Dririder contact details, hoping to purchase a replacement strap.

I was referred to the brand distributor, Mcleod Accessories, and e-mailed the company with my enquiry in late April 2026. I received a fast response from the sales general manager, who advised that a shipment of replacement straps were due in late May and that a replacement strap could be supplied at no charge then.

I didn't remember to respond until late July, enquiring if replacement straps were still available. I received another fast response from a customer service representative advising that a replacement strap was still available and after providing my shipping address, received not one but two replacement straps within the week.

Given that Mcleod Accessories were under no obligation to supply the straps, and also that I did not respond to their offer at the given time, I am both amazed and grateful for the staff members' time and prompt service! The level of support provided also gives me a great deal of confidence in Dririder brand products and after sales service.
