I have been a loyal customer of Milleara Meatland for as long as I can remember, and I can honestly say there is no butcher quite like this place. If you’re looking for the very best of the best, this is it—premium beef, lamb, pork, is what I buy always fresh and beautifully prepared. What truly sets them apart is the knowledge and care behind the counter. The butchers are incredibly generous with their time, always happy to share tips and recipes on how to prepare your meat to perfection. I’ve picked up little tricks here that you wouldn’t even get from top chefs!

Nick, the owner, goes above and beyond. He even puts aside beautiful lamb necks and bones for my four furry little dogs—which says everything about the kind of service and heart this place has.

Milleara Meatland isn’t just a butcher—it’s a place that truly caters to the whole family. Exceptional quality, genuine service, and that rare personal touch that keeps you coming back.

Follow-up  · I visit Milleara Meatland twice a week, usually on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Parking can be a bit challenging on weekends, but it’s worth it. I cook regularly for the elderly, so I buy beef for stews, as well as lamb and chicken on a consistent basis. The meat is always excellent quality—fresh and reliable. The staff are superb, and I often get great advice from one of Nick’s butchers on the best way to prepare and cook whatever cut of meat I buy. More importantly I buy bones for my 4 furry friends and they absolutely love them

Hands down best Gyro I’ve purchased in over 15years. The meat was super tender and well spiced. His pork bbq ribs and continental sausage were great on the bbq. Delivery was convenient for me but they also have click and collect which is easier for me. Keep up the great meat and service!!!

Overpriced – Very overpriced meat. Price keeps going up expect to pay $50 for lamb cutlets everywhere else price is dropping!! This local butcher was supported by the community during Covid and it's more expensive than Prahran Market.
