Poor customer service, don't even bother going to their office as the front reception is rude as anything and drives customers away. Ordered a shed, drama with delivery to have it set when I had a day off work as I'm a shift worker, wanted payments straight away and kept giving excuses for why the initial set delivery dates weren't met, blaming me for not paying in time for the final payment. Couldn't deliver to the exact site where the shed would be built because it was sent on the wrong truck and they were told multiple times the truck they would need to make delivery for where the site is on the property. Arrived like an ikea flat pack, and was under the impression that it was arrive with trussels aleady formed - nope, just a puzzle to put together. Arrived all wrapped in plastic, so you have to assume its all there and that hope that nothing is missing. Its a 15x6.6m shed and all my roofing battens are cut down to 3.2m lengths, don't know why for but clearly to make my life difficult to make their lives easy to transport. I got warned that Mecano wasn't as good as they used to be, but little old me was benefit of the doubt as my last experience was positive. Yeah, nah would not recommend using them even if they were last option. Clearly think as a woman, I am st^pid and have no idea what I am talking about, yet I have built a kit home, have another house to build and a second shed that they have lost out on their stupidty and poor customer service.

Good product let down by terrible customer service and delivery – Good overall product well built but do not expect any customer service. I purchased the shed in October 2021 did not get delivered until 14 February 2022. Initial delivery date before Christmas 2022, then told 18 January 2022. Turned up but not complete shed. Told would be delivered 20 February. Nope still missing parts. Finally received shed 14 February and only after several emails and phone calls. No response to emails. When I went to get building approval and organise certification told the Form 15 which was supplied did not meet what was needed to get certification. More phone calls and emails and promises to resolve situation and then I get told I am wrong by the production manager and that in some insane delusional conclusion by him that it is my fault.
