No support for expensive products – I emailed this company 2 weeks ago about one of the products that advertises Bluetooth compatibility with their app on the App Store asking for help on how to connect it with the app as the instructions that come with the product are very vague. No response from the company at all even though it says they’d respond within 48 hours. Very poor customer support. I wouldn’t recommend buying their products as there’s no support for them.
Hi Sindhi, We've just purchased this Medela Solo Handsfree single electric breast pump. It's advertised as having an ability to connect to Bluetooth to your app on the phone.
It does not connect to the app at all as per instructions in the manual.
We’d just like assistance trying to get it to work with the app as the app itself doesn’t have an option to pair with the pump but the pump definitely has a Bluetooth pairing mode as it flashes blue when trying to pair.
Terrible customer service – Made a purchase on the back of the advice of a customer service rep over the phone. It was the wrong advice and attempting to return was a nightmare, no responses to emails and now I’m out of pocket. With all the other brands that exist now, avoid Medela.
