AVOID @ ALL COSTS- Save Your Money Whilst the concept of hands free is great for mobility the execution of being ergonomic is very poor. -You cannot hold your infant whilst wearing such poorly designed hard plastic cups - If you are well endowed and on the larger bust size do not even bother buying this as trying to squeeze the small cups over your bigger breasts is extremely painful. - Leaking.. the cups even though clicked in as per instructions leak- nothing worse than already having a poor supply to then loose precious milk time and time again. You cannot bend/ lean over whilst expressing you must keep in an upright position otherwise you loose milk out of the top of cups an also out of the nipple suction hole. - Battery life.. is pathetic within the first week of use the device had a fault an could only be turned on by resetting the device every single time, it would then go from 100% fully charged to 0% in the matter of 10min the timer section would also not work. - Limited mobility.. whilst expressing. Hand piece has no screen lock out mode so if you bump the hand piece it stops working. $425 down the drain an a hungry baby unable to eat as express fed only

Purchased in at Baby Bunting for $425.

This is a lemon – We bought our pump in Feb 2023, our baby was born in July 2023. In Dec 2023 the pump broke and was replaced by Medela with a new one, I went 3 days without a pump but it was fine as I only with one day a week and it arrived the day before work. 1 month with the new pump and it has just broken too and won't turn on. It's a Sunday and I have work on Tuesday, there is no chance for me to get a replacement before then.

I have spent $575 on this pump (plus had to purchase extra nipple flange that went out of shape and new membrane that broke) that I can't rely on to get me through work. It is only used 3 times a day for the most part as well.

I have purchased a new pump from a different brand and will be contacting madela Monday for a refund as I have no confidence in their product.

Do not get this pump if it's your main pump as it is clearly not up to standard. I would also buy closer to the birth of your baby as it has a 12 month warranty.

Purchased in for $575.

Unfortunately not suitable for people with low milk supply – I have low milk supply and thought this product would be great for me as it would mean not being stuck sitting next to a plug in pump all day. I can without fail pump at least 60ml per 15 minute session with my Spectra, however with the Medela I only get 30ml per 20 minute session. I end up pumping with my plug in spectra after every session. Online it doesn’t look like you can buy additional cups, so you’re stuck with the set that the pump comes with. This isn’t ideal for anyone that exclusively pumps. For my spectra I have 3 sets of attachments. I’m sure this product is amazing for women with a large milk supply or an over supply. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me and I’ve wasted over $500.

Purchased in for $519.99.
