 Follow-up 1mo · MCM reversed a huge van down my narrow shared driveway; the top edge of the rear of the van struck the edge of my guttering - obviously they were unable to reverse in a straight line. They then tried to move the van away from the gutter by inching out, but this pulled the guttering off. I heard the noise and went out and confronted them - they flat out lied and said they had not touched the roof. I note that when they returned later with a second load they made no attempt to enter the driveway - they just blocked the street and unloaded from there. When I rang their 'head office' they asked for photos then lied again and said they had not caused the damage, so it was nothing to do with them. When my insurance company contacted them they continued to lie and say they had not caused any damage. They just constantly lied and offered nothing.
