Ther is no service from these agents at all – Have leased a commercial property from these agents for over 10 years. Trying to get any repairs done here is a nightmare. power so we had no hot water. This went on for months & we we getting hot water from across the road in buckets. Finally advised agents that unless it was done we would arrange & deduct from rent which we did. The burst hot water cause the roof to partially collapse & has caused the room that had the most damage in it to be covered in black mould. We have tried for 21/2 years to have this sorted. Finally someone turned up this week & repaired the roof & wiped the walls down with a mop. The room looks no different. We also had an issue with the huge roller door. Required 2 people to pull it up & down with ropes. That only took round 6 months to fix. Tried to blame COVID!!!

Worst I have ever dealt with – We rent 15 offices in Australia and this business is the worst to deal with. Unprofessional, no communication. I am surprised they are still in business. Do not use this company.

worst agent going around – worst customer service i have ever experienced! managers who clearly spend all day on facbeook rather doing their jobs, admin who have no idea about anything you ask, directors that clearly use unexperienced staff, a trained donkey could do a better job

Worst real estate agents – Melbourne commercial group are bullies, they threaten you, makeup invoices and charges to pocket themselves cause problems between tenants and landlord always trying to increase charges that they create. Beware of these arrogant people who think they have the authority to bully and threaten you. Very unethical and unprofessional. The worst real estate agents I have ever come across. Very scary.

really unprofessional staff – Unprofessional staff, very arrogant, they play games between landlord and tenants to maximize their benefits and they can easily get you into troubles with the counter party due to their untrained unethical staff. You better to be very careful while dealing with them, and always don't trust their words without getting it in writing, they are just after your money without proper service.

was due a week ago and I was told don't worry about that.. why would anyone have a due date recorded if we weren't meant to abide by this.

I have just sold my café and they were part of the reason I wanted to get out. It was headache after headache. I have never actually written on a forum but I really didn't want anybody else dealing with this.
