Just a bunch of unprofessional cowboys. The guys who did the damage (one whose name was Sachin) seemed to think it was funny.

Dodgy company. Stay far away – Not only were they late 6 hrs late and I had to call them to check up, they made an excuse that their truck stopped in a faraway suburb and tried to change the day of the removal. first day. He could lift anything at all and hold it up. Few times as going down the corridor he dropped his end and dented the flooring. Again it happened with a fridge. He couldn't lift it and pushed it whilst it was standing and scratched the floor badly. We were so upset. I rung the mobile Nbr they have listed that had called previously and they said no problem we are covered with insurance and we will fix it tomorrow. I wasn't happy and called back and said I don't seem to believe you after what happened how do I know you ain't lying. He said I'm not lying and wanted me now to call the complaints Nbr. I thought about it and thought what is the complaints nbr as nothing is on the website . Called back and now says I have to lodge a complaint for them to action it. I said so I won't pay until it is fixed. He said you will have to pay the costs otherwise they can't proceed with the insurance and fix it. When arriving at destination same problem the young man wouldn't hold things properly and was gripping like his mobile and friend of mine whom is a female basically said move out of the way and listen the couch with the other guy into the house. The guys was hopeless. When I had to pay I asked for an invoice they couldn't provide one. I said I won't pay without an invoice and bank etc. They had to leave as the guy on the phone said he will send me one. It arrived hours later and I paid it. . text message advising it was done. Photo of damage sent also . Never fixed the damage and realtor also tried chasing them up. They list nationwide. One contact of a mobile. Unreliable, will let you down.
