Glad to have found them! – Excellent customer service! Simply the best out there and no one can beat their pricing.

Shocking service – Would give zero stars if possible. First told 8.30-12 drop off, then 12-4 after 4 I call and they tell me 5-7pm. Worst customer service. Wasted a day and made them return my money.

The worst customer experience of my life- don't go near them- cant give zero stars – Booked a bin through bookabin on 30/11 for delivery 1/12 for 7 days. Bin arrived, I extended for 7 days to 15/12. they engaged a contractor who would pick it up on Xmas eve. the owner told me he had 150 skips to pick up and I was last. Of course it was still there on boxing day and is still here now on January 11th. When they do actually answer a call they actually give you no idea on anything. This has completely stalled my landscape work and cost the landscaper time as he couldnt get into the driveway. This company has no real address or website, you can't post a facebook message, they operate underground using booking sites to fool people into booking their products, take your money and only pick the bins up when it suits them. I wasted so much time and energy in dealing with such a menial issue. this company is a joke. Their office number is 87250427, dont confuse them with other companies as they try and remain discreet so people can't complain about them. I am going to Consumer affairs as well with my history of communication with them. Stay away.. or you will regret it.

Do not use this company or Bookabin – I ordered a bin via Bookabin for delivery on 26 Nov 21. It arrived a day late and pickup was due 29 Nov. It is now 5 Jan 22 and then bin has not been picked up. Not satisfying – I ordered the skip service about 2 weeks ago. The product didn't arrive on time and I didn't get responds after a few days. Took me a while to find if my money was refunded. Very frustrated experience.

Rudest people I've ever encountered – On the delivery day i have called them to know if I could get an estimate of time of arrival, I was very rudely told "it get there when it get there" and hung up on. and it gets picked up the following business day. On Saturday they came at 10 am and loaded the skips onto the truck without even talking to me, when I heard the truck I went outside to talk to the driver. He didn't want to know anything about it and pass me his boss on the phone. The boss told in a very very very rude way that the skips is pick up today and he didn't care about what the email said and "if you have any problems with that go cry to bookabin". I then asked the driver to hold for 5 minutes that would put more things in, to which he agreed As I went to open the garage door, he speeded away with the truck laughing.
