Not happy – Did not get in contact with me to finalise the place I wanted then saw someone else had bought it and they contacted me saying they got a higher price so they went for that offer not mine so they can make more money they are not good people

Poorly managed property and also bad people – I recently purchased a property in Melbourne which was managed by Melcorp in Swanston street for 3 years. contact the Melcorp agent via telephone and kept being told he was not in the office. Interestingly, when I went to the office and told them I would wait, I was informed that they were mistaken and he was in the office.

When I met with [name removed], he seemed nice and promised to follow up on the issues discussed. However since then I have not been able to contact him and nothing has been done. I now think he was just lying through his teeth to get me out of their office.

I have a multi million property portfolio and buying a property has never been this difficult/stressful. Melcorp will never be getting my business.

Sometimes it just goes back to being a decent human being and doing the right thing.

Awful – We do not recommend [name removed] from Melcorp Real Estate! He books appointments and is 30 minutes late! Then decides he will not show you around but will others! Very bad experience! Disgraceful Behaviour!

Very happy with the services – I am from Sydney looking for property in Melbourne CBD for investment. I find Melcorp sales person was very helpful, he did not hesitate to show me around until I found what I wanted. As I was very happy with the purchase I also ask them to lease it out, the renting department was also extremely helpful, nothing was "too much trouble" for them. I highly recommend their services.

potential revenuw – Melcorp Soutbank doesn't deal with corporate lease, therefor we missed out on lot of rent as they kept my property vacant lot of time but they did not tell me that they they had lot of inquiries for corporate leasing. I suggest deal with agent who also deal wit corporate leasing. This way your apartment is not vacant for long time and you don't miss-out on revenue.

Don't Listen To This Guy - Quality Service! – Melcorp have been absolutely fantastic. I was initially a tenant, now a Landlord and impressed with how they handle themselves as both agents and property managers.
