Got A Phone Call 1+ Hours After End of Appt Time - Pathetic Organisation – I got a phone call to arrange a Solar Panel installation quotation so I waited and waited at home. 1+ hours after the end of the appointment time, I got a phone call from an installer (not the Representative) who stated he could send a general quote and then arrange another (??) appointment with a Representative - what a totally inefficient and disorganised company so do NOT use MelsunSolar. I cannot upload any evidence because I have received nothing except phonecalls.
