Overall good – My husband started taking this for my 2nd pregnancy, as it was taking longer to get pregnant. Not long after I did get pregnant. Its good for a vitamin for male whether or not it helps I am not sure. But if it does increase chances of pregnancy why not take it. All these supplements are good along with a healthy diet will increase chances.
