These are freaking REVOLTING and absolutely NOTHING like a polly waffle. Way Way WAAY too sweet, the waffle is wrong, the chocolate is wrong and by far the worst the filling is hard and crunchy like a damned sugar cube. Polly Waffle Bites are PUTRID. A TRAVESTY. The marshmallow is hard and sugary like a minty. The Chocolate is a cheap compound farce. The waffle is chewy like a piece of gum. Was so excited whn I saw these on the supermarket shelf. Unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived. Chewy, grainy and too sweet. When was the marshmallow EVER chewy in the original!! Quite horrible when I remember the taste of the original. Will never purchase these again. Bring back the original or don't bother making them at all.

These are a world away from the original pollywaffle bra I grew up with and couldn’t wait for their return. Major dissapointment. The manufacturers should always listen to their customer base who want the original pollywaffle returned to our shelves. What a disaster. A Missed opportunity for growth in sales.

I was very let down. PS I gave some to 2 family members and they had similar feedback. They don’t even deserve a 1 star. in name only. I think it is unfortunate that Menz decided to call them Polly Waffle bites at all...calling them something else may have avoided the obvious comparisons and maybe got them a few sales. VERDICT: If you remember the Polly Waffle bars of old and liked them, DO NOT try these; you are guaranteed to be disappointed. If you never heard of Polly Waffles and have no memories or pre-conceived ideas, they may be OK.
