No details on receipts for items bought – Meredith's Orchard shop in Margate doesn't provide a detailed receipt like other shops. For example, if you buy apples by the kilogram, the receipt shows the price only, not the weight. Bought fruit and vegetables there recently and I noticed the scales had the price at double what the price was on the box for apples I purchased. I thought I'd wait for the receipt then bring it to their attention When I got the receipt, it had only the price total. While they made a quick profit from this, I won't be a return customer, so it's their longer term loss.
