I have been ordering my ground coffee from Merlo for a couple years now. The coffee quality is always consistently good. Great service. Speedy delivery from Queensland to Melbourne. It will arrive less than 3 days, even after Cyclone Alfred. Show details

Great coffee, but producers need a reliable corier service – Merlot Coffe based in Eagle Farm, Brisbane roast a number of coffee varieties and ship them out free, at regular intervals that you stipulate or ad hoc. The coffee is brilliant and you can receive it shortly after it was roasted, a real bonus. The only snag is that Merlot use Startrack as one of their courier delivery agents and they, Startrack,… Read more

are less use than teats on a prize Aberdeen Angus Bull at ensuring that their tracking notifications are accurate. I received notification of delivery time the day after it had actually turned up in the evening. It was 10/10 for speed, but it was sheer luck that anyone was in to pick it up. Startrack have also been chaotic, over the last few years, in delivering other items, some interstate. It needs to get its act together or customers might start having doubts about using the supplier. This experience was pointed out in a phone call to Startrack. The lack of concern and interest was staggering.

Fantastic – Could not be happier. We have been using Merlo beans for years, get them home delivered usually within a couple of days of ordering and we are nearly 1000km from them. Coffee fantastic and service wonderful. Show details

Great coffee, roasted locally – I often stop by their Brickworks cafe for a quick brew and absolutely love trying their Bean of the Month each month. Friendly staff, cool atmosphere and I never get bored of their coffee. Have also ordered a 1kg bag of Organico Beans online and it was shipped fast and good value. Show details

Fantastic coffee ☕ – Once you try this coffee, you'll never settle for the rubbish brands called Lavazza, Vittoria & Coffex. You see this coffee has a Toyota badge & a Toyota quality. The cheap brands claim to be Toyota but have a Lada quality. The great thing about this coffee is the beautiful aroma & the flavour is as good as the aroma. The best blends are Arriba… Read more

Arriba, Forza & Zuri. The coffee ☕ is kept fresh in an air tight bag, with a zip lock. It's also worth every cent. 1kg of beans costs $55 including delivery. That's a fantastic value considering the rubbish Vittoria costs $62 @ the supermarket.

Always go back to merlo after trying many others – Absolutely consistent..chocolatey. caramely a bit of tobacco maybe..not too much acid or bitterness. That's the espresso that seems to have the edge over most..all their other blends are very well balanced as well..been choosing this one since 1997..I try others all the time but keep coming back to merlo. Order on line and comes fresh. When I'm in Brisbane I walk into roaster in James St. Beautiful. Show details

Racist staff – So I go to this cafe at least once a week. New guy [Name Removed] who seems to smile and ask nicely what people want if they have white skin. I’m half whit but got brown skin. I got what do you want. The next person got a smile and asked if they wanted to try the flood support coffee blend. He didn’t ask me. And to top it off I got a Luke warm… Read more
