Vic and his team did a great job on my carpets at the end of lease. I really appreciate his efforts to present the very old carpet in the best possible light. Very reasonably priced and Vic is. Very easy to deal with

Stay away! – I made an appointment a week ago for a carpet steam clean with Mark from Metro Carpet Cleaning, but he called me 3 hours before the appointment saying that his equipment broke. Sure half mine and my flatmates' day were screwed up because of it, but these things happen, so we made another appointment for 12pm today. Today I got a call (9:45am) that he will be at my place at 11am. I was stunned to hear it since everyone in my apartment made their plans for him to arrive at 12pm. I politely declined and tried to make a compromise for 11:30am. But he got angry! He screamed at me and made up a story about me asking him for an earlier time. Before I could even comprehend what is going on and why he's so angry, he just straight up and told me to call someone else, and then began lecturing me about how inconvenienced he was. Apparently his time is worth much more than his customers'.

So not only could this guy not keep the 2 appointments he made for himself, he has the tenacity to get angry at his customers for not being able to be flexible around his timetable. With this kind of attitude, I'd hate to see how he actually deals with customers on the job.

Zero customer service

Excellent – Excellent service and very reasonable pricing, on time and did not jack up the price on arrival. Came the same day as my other carpet cleaner cancelled on us. I would definately recommend this company as carpet cleaners who stick to the price and are on time are hard to find. The finished product was great and a full bond refund was received. On time, value for money and good service.
