The worst customer service ever, actual a liar and [Content Removed]! – I asked for a quote, which I accepted $350 and proceeded. After the work, I collected my car and the owner presented his EFTPOS card and I paid by credit card. Later I realised that I had been charged $980. I complained and was abused. I lodged my case with Consumer Affairs and they accepted the owner's claim that he had done a lot of additional work which I had verbally approved, which is just not true.
