Miele M 625 EG

Terrible – The Perth repairs/ service section is worse than bad.They told me I had to wait 3 weeks if they come to my house (metro area)or less if I brought it to them .Well 8 weeks later they still have my microwave and they wont return calls all you get is a message machine and its pointless to leave a message as they do not ring back EVER.I would never buy their product again just because of their after sales service 3 years of trouble free use It did not make me a better cook

Excellent – Miele are the best that money can buy. Splurge on the basics if you can and get yourself fitted out with miele products, they will last over the years and have excellent service if something goes wrong. Our microwave needed servicing as it had a short with the grill aspect of it and the servicing was friendly, efficient and free as it was under warranty.

I love miele! Easy to operate and use. You have to set the clock if the power goes off, before you can use it again. I don't like that it beeps when you program it, especially if the baby is sleeping.
