Great piece of gear – Paid a lot of money for this oven 20 years ago and has been perfect. Recently broke the glass turntable and door opener button and bought a second hand one for the parts which also works perfectly. Great product and extremely well manufactured along with our fan forced oven, Good job Meile!
Purchased in at Red Earth for $2,500.
Unbelievably poor – $219 for their service dept to come out and change a globe! Second call out in 3 years and not only do I need a new globe, but the main circuit board has shorted out leaving me with $900+ to repair.. Not happening!! Just spent half an hour smashing it to pieces so it will fit in the rubbish bin ( felt really good). Off to buy a Samsung or Panasonic........... so over paying for expensive European crap that is no better than Korean, Japanese and some Chinese products that work just as well. Over priced and over rated, just wish it would stay over there.
$219 to change a globe.................still in shock............Never, ever again will I buy Miele!!!
