Best machine I've ever used – I absolutely love my Miele Washer I've had it a long time even moved this year & it's never let me down. I would recommend this machine to anyone friends included. best washingmaschine – After many maschines first is mielle make me heppy 100%. This washingmaschine is so quite that sometimes must mute tv that I know works or not. After reparing other mascines every two years (brushes, leaking, seals.....) thanks to miele for this washingmaschine which works steel perfect 6 yeas+. Clothes is good washed and clean special white linen is real white. This maschine is the best washing solution for my 4 adults family.

Worst buy ever, never again! – We bought this machine believing that it would wash well and last for 20 years, thats what the lady in the shop said. part has given up and the repair man can't even tell me why as he needs to plug in his laptop to see whats wrong but he can't as the computer in the washing machine doesn't work. It was an expensive machine for our budget and we expected more from it, it should have lasted longer than five years and it didn't wash any better than cheaper machines it also regularly tore clothes (and no I never shut any in the door!!) and left ugly grey rubber marks on clothing. We are very disappointed and will never buy anything from this brand again. It heats the water so you only need a cold water tap in the laundry Tore clothes, left rubber marks on clothing, kept breaking down, expensive, bad service from Miele.

not worth the money – good for 4 years and then stopped. $500 control panel to be replaced, plus labour,could buy an ordinary machine for the part price, in fact can get an LG for $600 with 5 year extended warrantee. Not worth the money, we were told it would last 10-15 years. apparently only the name is German, the machine is just another Chinese mass market. washed well although slow limited choices, failed expensively

Excellent – Cost about double the price of the other Machines I looked at but seems to be worth the extra money the best appliance I own Smooth Quite easy to use, everything about it says quality. A bit pricey.

Excellent – we bought Miele last year and like it every single day. It was a little bit pricy but we had store discount (because new honeycomb design model was already on market) plus had $200 from the QLD government as rebate. when was doing my reseach. the machine obviously made to last, no flimsy parts and weack joints, nice stylish look and old european quality and satisfaction. Everything - quiet, stable, no leaks, great water and electricirty consumption. nothing. well may be price.

Bad – Found that colours were being sucked out of the fabric and the elasticity was being worn out. Overall effect on my cloths was pre mature ageing. Towels and cottons come out like stiff sheets of sandpaper unless you use fabric softner. This should not be necessary in using Sydney water. Well built, stylish look. A very harsh machine on your clothes.

Excellent – I've had a few front loaders and was hesitant of buying this one. After reading the reviews and getting a great deal I throught why note. I have not looked back sine. I've large front loaders and for a 5.5kg I am suprised at the size of the drum. Well built machine. Easy to use. Machine is so quite you hardly hear until it spins. Unlike the previous front loader I had it used to sound like it was going to take off
