automatic dos system (Washing detergent) and 12 months ago i was playing with the settings (not know what i was doing) and i accidentally turned the dos system off. After 12 months i thought that it was strange that we were not using any detergent so i investigated and realized that i turned it off. Int he 12 months when we were not using any washing detergent we did not realize as our clothes came out clean and smelling fresh - That is a credit to the quality of Miele, we washed our clothes for 12 months with no detergent and there was no issues everything came out clean and smelling fresh.

The wash times are not too long and the machine is very quiet, it sits in our European laundry in our living room and we do not hear it.

If you are looking for quality then this is the brand your looking for.

There was a mix up with the delivery and we did not get our sacker kit for our dryer so it could be mounted on top of the washer, But Miele refunded our deposit and gave us some products for our inconvenience.

Miele's customer service is outstanding, as a first time Miele customer they took the time to make us feel welcome and explained the complete range and the benefits of each model, you do not get customer service like this anymore

Great buy – Very happy with the machine. Dos settings are handy and very convenient. I wash a range of clothes from husbands tradie uniforms to kids wear and it is very gentle with everything. I love the 'clean machine' feature especially, which helps after a big load of outdoor items. out there which is even close to being as good as the Miele. It is better at cleaning, far quieter, far smoother, more effecient and convenient than just about anything else.... and it cost a heck of a lot more.

Pros - twin dos is awesome / steam genuinely makes shirts easy to iron / so quiet and smooth / great cleaning (which is the point after all)

Cons - initial cost

Conclusion - I will only ever buy another Miele again - it's simply the best

but (for a washing machine) it looks good as well. The only downside I can possibly say about the machine is the cost (well over $1200.00 with not much change left) But you get what you pay for. This particular model also has an inbuilt drying function, which unfortunately I do not use a lot because of the associated electricity costs (I prefer to put my clothes out on a heated clothes drying rack, which is considerably cheaper) other than the issue with the cost of electricity on drying mode, I cannot fault this machine. Washes everything from pet blankets to silks with ease. Amazing product. Truly worth the money I spent purchasing it.

The best washing machine – Miele washing machines are the greatest, the quality is so good that we had ours for years and when it finally stopped working we replaced it because it lasted so long without any problems. Such a disappointment after using Miele for 25 yrs – Paid top $$$ but the quality of washing does not stand up to previous Miele output. It can take up to 3 times longer to wash a load and doesn't seem to eliminate body odors and stains as well as prior models. Loved it initially, now not so sure – An update on my washing machine WKR770 WPS. It's a couple of months old now and has faulted twice on the steam plus function. Each time it says that the automatic flooding sensor has tripped. It immediately finished the cycle and drains the machine. Not happy with this given the amount of money I've paid.
