Fantastic! Worth every penny – I am thrilled with this machine which I’ve had for a few days and it’s vastly superior to my previous Bosch. Everything can go in this machine. I love the convenience of the two dos. Still discovering all of the features and to try the mobile start. There seems to be a range of cycle times. It’s very quiet and doesn’t beep incessantly like the previous machine.

Purchased in for $1,949.

Does what it's supposed – WiFi is my fav feature, so I know when it's done and don't have to keep track of the cycle. Haven't made use of all the features yet. Cottons is primarily what I use and works great for everything. 1400rpm is too fast if anything. Delicates works great for our feather doona, but I end up using 1200rpm to get more water out after. Express 20 I keep forgetting is there - really only works well for a few sets of scrubs (anything more and I find I'll need to redo the wash because they're not clean). TwinDos takes some getting use to - the cartridges need some air to start, so putting a pen or finger in the hole before inserting into the machine works a treat. Still not convinced it lasts longer than what you get at the supermarket, but the convenience is worth the price for me (plus, it smells great). Can't comment on the noise as it's in the laundry, far from any bedrooms. Overall, better than the AEG we had previously (no more holes in tshirts!)

Purchased in at Miele for $1,799.

Fail….Worst washing machine ever – If I could give it minus 1, I would. Timing on the machine, don’t count on it. Don’t plan on waiting for it to finish on time. Wash cycle is 2 hours 39 mins, try over 3 hours 20mins. Shorter cycle even worse. Machine states 1 min to go - 30 mins later….still waiting for it to finish.

Purchased in for $1,799.

Epic disaster, followed by terrible customer service – We are long time Miele customers. Most recently bought new washer and dryer - October 2021. The washer worked fine for about the first ten washes. And then it didn't. Initially the failure was get in the Express cycle - the one we use the most. Now all cycles do it - they hang on one minute still to go. We phoned Miele and - after the obligatory hour wait - two technicians initially came a month ago.

They couldn't fix it.

After a number of follow ups by email and phone, I'm now told that a senior technician will come to examine the lump of metal.

Miele sell at premium prices, and advertise about how wonderful their service is.

But our experience has been (1) terrible build quality, followed by (2) terrible customer service.

So we have had to do lots of running around, and have been stuck with a failed machine for months on end.

That's not good enough - not by a long shot.

PS, be aware that, if your Miele fails, they apparently don't take the word of their own technicians that it can't be fixed - you have to wait around for a senior technician to say the same thing. Why not simply send a senior person in the first place?
