Previous Miele washing machine lasted 24 years. This junk lasted 6 years and was pretty average the last 2 years of its life. 6 years! Drum seized. $200 call out fee just tell me what I already knew - I didn’t bother with that. Just threw it away. Never again with Miele - NOTHING from them. Paying a premium for the privilege of nothing. Bought a Bosch Serie 8 for less money and more weight handling. Made in Germany and so much quieter.
