Disappointed. For the price and name my previous Samsung was a better machine. I’ve had the Miele for under 2 yrs and has grown mould in the plastic part of the drum (this never happened with my Samsung). Before the 1st year there was an issue and I contacted customer service (that they are supposed to be excellent at) the next appointment available was two weeks away. The machine was under warranty still but there could have been extra charges. I resolved the issue and was able to cancel the appointment. The washing programs are extremely long. Or way too short. The wifi setting was supposed to offer additional programs - but that hasn’t been the case. I had a Miele dryer and loved it so thought the washing machine was going to be the same but I was sadly disappointed.

Miele 9kg WWD164WCS – Quiet machine works well. Programs and wash cycles good. Build quality great. Delivery guys were great. APP notice on wash completion is good. Very happy with Size 9kg not two big, just wash less.
