Three months to get a washing machine. The logistics from Miele were disappointing — after going back and forth with the depot, my machine was eventually left in the driveway on a pallet. None of that would’ve mattered if the product itself felt worth it. Compared to my previous Fisher & Paykel machine, the only noticeable difference is the extra $1200 I paid.
I’m not saying it’s a bad machine — I just expected more for the price difference. Next time around, I’ll probably stick with a $1,000 machine.
