If you want to sell your home call Mike Brown – After trying to sell our house for over 18 months with several of the big real estate agents, we called Mike Brown. The others didn't know how to sell or market and the only thing in their selling arsenal was lowering the price. [Name removed] was completely different, he came in like a whirlwind and worked unbelievably hard to sell our home. Though unconventional, everything he suggested was spot on. He sold our house in only two weeks and we got a great price! I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough.

Waste of money – Used mike brown as buyers advocate. Negotiating approach was questionable, service was poor, totally misunderstood us and was arrogant/pushy. Wouldn't recommend

Excellent – Some friends recommended Mike Brown after we had entered our third month of unsuccessfully trying to sell out home. Mike's services were free to us. On his advice we fired our real estate agent and hired a new one that he recommened. He basically negotiated on our behalf with both the old and the new agents. He also advised us on how to decorate our home and how to make it more presentable. With his help and the help of the new agent we were able to sell the house within two weeks after the second listing. Overall Mike Brown saved us money as well as helping us manage a very stressful situation. They are very highly recommended.
