Terrible experience – Bought it for my sons room. Didn't realise I couldn't open the underbed drawers with the mat there. Also couldn't open the bedroom door. It also felt cold and unpleasant When I decided to return it, before the advertised 14day period I emailed them and they responded with "No, due to the shipping time it would take for them to recieve it, would mean it would be past the 14 days."
Worst company to deal with – The horrible customer service seems to be a pattern in this company. The argument and customer blaming seems to also be a pattern after reading some of the reviews. Absolutely horrendous business to deal with. Firstly put an order through 11th March for the newborn bundle which included the play mat and wooden gym set for my sister for her first baby (who wasn’t born at the time of purchase). I didn’t hear any updates about the order for weeks- after my initial follow up I was told the mat I’ve ordered isn’t in stock - warehouse error - ok no worries. Ordered an another style. My sister receives the order but only the play gym - another email sent for a follow up - where is the mat? Oh it comes in 2 separate parcels - ok no worries (no forward communication is provided at any point)
At this stage I’m still being patient and giving this business the benefit of the doubt but this is when it all falls apart. The play gym is opened by my sister only to find it had a crack right near the hole where the horizontal beam goes which could pose a risk to the baby with the whole thing breaking on the baby. This was evidenced to Kimberly with photos showing the crack. My sister rightly so wasn’t comfortable keeping the gym.
Reaching out to Kimberly again - I was told by her word for word “The image you have provided is the join in the wood which is secured with dowel and glue. Sometimes this can appear open like a crack especially when the pin is put into place and secured with the top bar.”
Requested a refund where I was told that a pre paid label would be provided to send the package back in its original packaging. - ok no worries will organise that. Was not communicated what the cost of shipping the item back was at this point or ever.
Over that same week there were terrible floods in Sydney causing my sisters house to be flooded and the packaging/box the play gym it arrived in to be damaged- nonetheless I explained this to Kimberly and let her know it will be sent in another box - ok no worries says Kimberly.
By this time my sister is heavily pregnant, dealing with a flooded house and a week later has her baby(after a terrible birthing experience) so the parcel was sent as soon as they bring their newborn home - I mean what gobsmacked me is the part that happens next.
I follow up today 6th May 2024 as I’ve had no communication again that the parcel has been returned/refunded processed- nothing. Once I followed up today I was told it got delivered last Wednesday and was inspected on Friday - ok no worries.
Ha but the next part is the absolutely non fathomable. I’ve been told by Kimberly quote- “There were no defects found on the item as shown in your email. The play gym is in perfect condition” with pictures provided of a perfectly intact no cracks gym. At this point this where my ability to have any patience is lost.
As a customer we did everything correctly, provided the evidence of a product that is damaged, returned promptly following instructions and given the circumstances only to have to insinuated that we made the whole thing up! What was Kimberly trying to achieve by sending pictures of a product that was not the same as my sister received - all of a sudden this crack has completely disappeared off the face of the earth?! What on earth does an 37 old week pregnant lady get out of lying? A product she actually really wanted for her first?! Kimberly went on to say she’s as surprised as I am that a perfectly fine gym has been returned and for me to come see its condition - yep because I’m sitting in the same place you run your business?! Be reasonable.
As a result of receiving a perfect condition gym I was told word for word “As a result, the costs of shipping this item back to us and the re-packaging it will require will not be refunded”
I was issued a refund of $44 with no explanation of how that figure was even determined until multiple emails were sent. I was also charged a re packaging fee because it was not sent back in it’s in original box after explaining the reason being the flood!!!
As a business all they had to do was say yes we’ve received the product and this is the refund you’re getting but they went 10 steps further to try to prove us wrong. I have done enough online shopping in my life to know it was completely unnecessary and have never experienced this.
The fact that this business is run by mothers absolutely shocks me because at no point has there been any empathy shown or understanding. It’s been about proving us wrong and get very penny out of us. They will continue to sell this damaged play gym and recoupe their money BUT the absolute worst customer experience I have gone through for a time that is meant to be joyous when you gift your sister something that she really wanted for her child I will never get back. The stress & frustration dealing with them.
I have no words left for this pathetic company. And by reading the reviews of the how quickly the mat discolours I wish I had taken the refund option right at the beginning when the mat wasn’t in stock and not tried to support a business like this spending over $270 on products that are clearly horrible.
Shame on you.

Amazing mat for the whole family – My mikro mat is soft, easy to clean and looks amazing in the home. Bub loves crawling on it and it is perfect for family story time and tummy time
