This is a water magnet. A BIG anaconda that soaks up everything so fast you wouldnt have time to blink. Follow-up · Yes, it’s very easy to clean, vacuums well, or use warm water/dash vinegar : dash dishwashing detergent, to sponge if needed. Very durable No, it doesn’t get hot.

Love their customer service particularly Carolynne! We had a mishap initially with the colour, then with the sizing, I am attributing it to being first time parents and having sleepless nights. They had been very patient and helpful and kept sending follow up emails and even called us to remind us that we need to collect it in the service depot (we missed the final delivery).
Product has been proven and tested through the years for the bubs me and my husband babysit. My husband would prefer to be in the muscle mat than our friend's sofa when we visit/babysit. It is safe for bubs to play on, very comfortable to lie on/play on, and very easy to clean especially spills which is a normal occurence when caring for infants.

the customer service I received from Carolynne, it is so refreshing dealing with real people instead of automated bots and it was lovely to find out that the company is family owned and not some big corporate organisation. I had signed into an account with my old address inputted and Carolynne helped me fix that and still had my order out on time. She kept me up to date with the shipping and went that extra step to double check it had been delivered to me. I have already recommended this company to all my family and friends (that don’t already own a muscle mat) but will highly recommend to anyone looking for a lush affordable comfy rug. My kids love it, they will often choose the rug over the couches lol

Made my first order through Muscle Mat for a set of Super King Bedsheets. My package arrived quickly and the sheets are devine! My sheets arrived in an incorrect labeled bag saying “Queen” so I assumed I got the wrong size delivered. I emailed customer service and very promptly got a response from Carolynne who provided the most incredible customer service. She genuinely wanted to resolve the issue as soon as possible, was extremely apologetic and wanted to resolve the matter quickly and ensured I was happy with the outcome.
Carolynne very promptly offered to send me a replacement full set of Super King sheets without asking me to send the others back. They arrived shortly after and were correct.
Any company who is determined to ensure their customers are this satisfied deserves public praise. Carolynne went above and beyond with absolutely no hassle. I will not hesitate to order more from Musxle Mat again. Congrats guys, awesome products with awesome service!

We got the shaggy dark grey muscle mat and don’t get me wrong it is the loveliest thing to lay on and it’s inviting when we got ours we all started to hang out on it and spend more family time. BUT and this is a big BUT… as soon as the mat rug gets dirty it is impossible to clean. The shaggy fibres retain everything that gets into them and then it is no longer nice to have. It’s OK but not great – the mat is definitely comfortable but it is not stain proof. if you spill liquid it will bead up and wipe away but when my kids drip ice blocks or fling their food around it will stain the mat and not come off with a simple wipe, i am going to try a spot cleaner so hopefully that works, id recommend a darker colour to hide stains

I have now contacted their warehouse, who confirmed receiving the return, exposing their lies. Thankfully, I paid through PayPal and will be filing a dispute to get my money back. I am also reporting this to the ACCC for false advertising, as their return policy is deceptive and misleading.
I am very disappointed as a customer and will be sharing this experience across my social media platforms to warn others. Avoid this product and company!"
