Couldn't be happier with my Rugs and Pillows. Came across the designer rug visiting a friend and couldn't get over the softness and comfort and on top of that the price! It is commented on every time someone comes over and walks on it. Loved the large one so much I had to get one for under my work desk and the wheels move quite easy. Made my first order through Muscle Mat for a set of Super King Bedsheets. My package arrived quickly and the sheets are devine! My sheets arrived in an incorrect labeled bag saying “Queen” so I assumed I got the wrong size delivered. I emailed customer service and very promptly got a response from Carolynne who provided the most incredible customer service. She genuinely wanted to resolve the issue as soon as possible, was extremely apologetic and wanted to resolve the matter quickly and ensured I was happy with the outcome.

Carolynne very promptly offered to send me a replacement full set of Super King sheets without asking me to send the others back. They arrived shortly after and were correct.

Any company who is determined to ensure their customers are this satisfied deserves public praise. Carolynne went above and beyond with absolutely no hassle. I will not hesitate to order more from Musxle Mat again. Congrats guys, awesome products with awesome service!

Upon the product arriving (ahead of the timelines she had provided) I realised my error in colour selection which she was more than happy to help with arranging an exchange. Even with postage return issues due to product size she offered solutions to ensure that we could come to a solution and get the colour for the product I needed.

The actual mat itself is one of the most comfortable things I have put my body on. upon setting up and using this it is more comfortable than my actual bed and managed to fall asleep on it and according to Garman tracking had a 'excellent' sleep score.

real nightmare began once I started using the mat. Within just one week, I ended up getting hurt twice just by sitting on the floor. The mat caused me to bleed, showing how unsafe and unsuitable it actually was, despite being marketed as baby and child-friendly for activities like rolling and sliding. Can you imagine the danger this product poses to innocent little ones?

When I reached out to customer service to flag the hazardous nature of their product, they brushed aside my concerns and made me feel like I was the only one facing these issues, making me doubt my own experience. I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this product, especially if you have kids or babies who could suffer serious harm from it. This relax mat is a wolf in sheep's clothing, and the company's lackadaisical approach to customer safety is downright alarming. Protect yourself and your loved ones by avoiding this product at all costs.

This mat is perfect for seniors, lies flat and does not shift once down. This is great in preventing falls by tripping . With sore feet this mat is comforting and gentle to walk on. damaged rental carpets. It keeps the floor warm on colder days. Considering all this it far out weighs the price paid. There are cheaper copycats of the rug but I don't think it has the quality or durability of the Muscle Mat. I saved up for one and I am glad I bought one. Great customer service from Carolynne when I ran into problems checking out. Appreciated the emails even on a weekend to help.

We got the shaggy dark grey muscle mat and don’t get me wrong it is the loveliest thing to lay on and it’s inviting when we got ours we all started to hang out on it and spend more family time. BUT and this is a big BUT… as soon as the mat rug gets dirty it is impossible to clean. The shaggy fibres retain everything that gets into them and then it is no longer nice to have. It’s OK but not great – the mat is definitely comfortable but it is not stain proof. if you spill liquid it will bead up and wipe away but when my kids drip ice blocks or fling their food around it will stain the mat and not come off with a simple wipe, i am going to try a spot cleaner so hopefully that works, id recommend a darker colour to hide stains

I have now contacted their warehouse, who confirmed receiving the return, exposing their lies. Thankfully, I paid through PayPal and will be filing a dispute to get my money back. I am also reporting this to the ACCC for false advertising, as their return policy is deceptive and misleading.

I am very disappointed as a customer and will be sharing this experience across my social media platforms to warn others. Avoid this product and company!"

Love their customer service particularly Carolynne! We had a mishap initially with the colour, then with the sizing, I am attributing it to being first time parents and having sleepless nights. They had been very patient and helpful and kept sending follow up emails and even called us to remind us that we need to collect it in the service depot (we missed the final delivery).

Product has been proven and tested through the years for the bubs me and my husband babysit. My husband would prefer to be in the muscle mat than our friend's sofa when we visit/babysit. It is safe for bubs to play on, very comfortable to lie on/play on, and very easy to clean especially spills which is a normal occurence when caring for infants.
