Went to Milky Lane on Sunday, thought it was quiet. Had our meal which was reasonable. Payed May bill, the bill cost more than the menu stated but then found in small writing that on Sunday there is a surcharge on each meal. I paid by card and got charged an additional surcharge of $3.75. If it’s a hassle to be open on Sunday, don’t open. Now I know why it was quiet. Show details

On arrival at the Parramatta store , I was seated quickly, but after waiting 30 minutes no one came to take my order. There was only one other person in the entire restaurant. In the end, I got up and walked out. Very disappointing experience. I will never go back Show details

Visited Milky Lane Currambine on a wet and cold Sunday for lunch. First hiccup, found they did not serve Coffee or any hot drinks. 0/10. Wait staff were pleasant enough but hamstrung by what they had to work with. 5/10. There was nothing healthy at all, (not even half healthy) on the menu. It was all high cholesterol, heart attack inducing… Read more

"stuff". Needs a big HEALTH WARNING on the menu and on the front door. I only had a small starter dish which left me with bad indigestion for the rest of the day. 0/10.

Pretty poor value for money. 0/10.

The real kicker though was that they charged a 10% surcharge just because it was a Sunday even when paying by CASH. The item prices on the receipt were not the same as those on the menu! I have never come across this sort of rip off before. The manager had all the excuses for this like “everyone does it” and even tried to blame it on the government (All Lies). Were advised this would get them a bad review but they didn’t care. 0/10.

Will NEVER set foot inside there, or any of their other stores, ever again. First and last time for me. Recommend to avoid at all costs.

Nice place our family sat upstairs, nice food, nice drinks, but the highlight was the service, we were served by a young to middle age bald headed fellow,(sorry about the vague description) he was waiting on a lot of tables all on his own, running around flat out, he was keeping an eye on everything and took orders with exceptional timing, spoke like a normal guy and was very engaging, by far one of the best waiters I’ve come across.

First timers. Loved it! – Amazing , filling , welcoming, enough food to feed an army will be returning. Child friendly. Is expensive. But was worth it. We had a family of 6 and was over 200$ but we did have cocktails and share platter. A burger each and milk shakes. We wanted the whole experience. The staff were lovely and helpful. Show details

$20 gets you so little! – $20 Burger lunch, doesn’t come with a drink, nor a double patty that covers the bun, and about a dozen fries. Patties are paper thin (mashed?), staff acts like they can’t be bothered. Why would I spend $20 EVER again here. Show details

Won’t return – Last evening, our family dined at the Elizabeth Quay restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the behavior of our waiter. Initially, when my daughters requested a share platter, they were informed it wasn't available, with the waiter offering the vague explanation, "things happen," which struck us as peculiar. Subsequently, when… Read more

they settled for a burger and popcorn chicken, confusion arose as the meals brought to our table included BBQ wings instead. When this discrepancy was brought to the waiter's attention, he responded rudely, insisting they had indeed ordered the wings. This confrontation escalated, resulting in one of my daughters in tears and my husband becoming visibly upset, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for all patrons. While the waiter did eventually apologize and acknowledge his mistake, the incident had already soured our dining experience. Such treatment of children by adults is unacceptable, and despite the apology, the damage was irreversible. We completed our meal amidst the tension and departed the restaurant.

It looked so nice but – We went to milky lane last night for my daughters birthday because all the pictures looked so nice but its really not what I was expecting, the food was not nice at all the burgers were greasy and no where near the size of the pictures, I asked everyone at the table how was there burger and they all said it’s ok but not great, so in all been… Read more

there but won’t go back and the music is just an annoying load noise, on the plus the staff are quiet friendly that’s why they didn’t get one star
