a gun barrel driveway, that was the old plans, new plans had a forked driveway. Photo of old plans included from first vcat hearing not the from the application before Bennet. These plans were approved by council. This mistake was not picked up by MM. Obviously MM were glad it was over that relieved they missed that it was refused on the wrong plans. 2 years later I picked it up. As this was their negligence I have asked for a refund from the second application. They have refused my request. I did put a review up on Google Bad, bad, they have put a block on my Google review. Look for other development consultants.

Would NOT recommend – At first they start off with the enthusiastic speech, tell you it’s a piece of cake, get you to sign up. Then they leave out MULTIPLE hidden costs, under quote by literally thousands of dollars. Change staff multiple times, leave you waiting and having to chase up constantly. Would never use this company again. They seem to just be working from… Read more

home now and just never responding or have zero care factor, it’s clear they don’t care about the small guys, they are clearly busy with the big clients and think the average Aussie is rich enough to be under quoted by 40+ thousand dollars! Never again would I go near them.

could submit all plans to the council in December; everything looked in order until we got the first draft of the homes proposed by the drawers. The initial designs were not what we were expecting so requested for some changes; however, since then, it was almost impossible to get an answer, we had to call and email again and again to get them to respond. We believe since they thought our application was going to be easy to be approved by the council they were not worried and left us on the side (that is our assumption as there is no other explanation that we can think of otherwise).

Unfortunately, two months later, not having the final drawings and desperate to move on, we decided to stop the process and build our home with one of the big builders at the front, and build a smaller unit at the back in a couple of years once we are settled. After several emails and calls, we finally got our invoices to close our account. One of the invoices was already 20 days overdue when we got it. We had to pay almost $10,000 of charges to cover for what they had already done (non finished designs and all soil and land tests they performed).

Very unhappy with their customer service. We understand were small and an easy project for them; however, it would have been good to be treated with the same respect they treat the big builders that bring them big projects. Never going or recommending them in the future to anyone we know.
