Millard Caravans

Absolutely DO NOT PURCHASE from Millard. We bought our van two years ago. It has issues when we picked it up (too many to list) warranty claims were made before we picked it up. Since then we have had so many things break and not work I literally don’t have the space to write them all down. Two years of chasing Millard for warranty only to be met with “I’ll follow up” they refuse to provide managers contacts and I was told over 80 DAYS AGO that they acknowledge the issues and will collect the van, take it to Sydney, repair everything and return. Since then of course no response at all and met with the same “I’ll follow up with the team” was told by the only contact I’ve had to sort this out that “I’m a fucking no body in this company” but yet refused to put me onto a “somebody”. Currently in contact with consumer affairs as I have an $80,000 unusable caravan. Please avoid, their sales team do a great job then once purchased they want nothing to do with you or their accountability for faults. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Van OK BUT – Van and sale yard overall are good but when it comes to warranty work Millard are shockers. If you have an issue interstate your on your own they have very few places that they work with. On bringing it back to the dealer for repair Millard take ages to authorise the work and try to say the usual line of "well there all like that". Then its wrong it all. Issue was an oversize cushion on the lounge.
