Quality of the product not worth the cost in my opinion. I should have gotten something from a store rather than buying online for the same money. Customer service is also consistent with other reviews.
The products we received were as described but the customer service is non existent. I emailed them on two separate occasions. I assumed my email may have been missed the first time. I emailed them again another time after receiving my order as a product was missing and they never replied. I sent an instant message as well but no luck. Have since given up. If you can buy elsewhere, that’s probably for the best

I sent them a photo of the bag and asked for a refund which they agreed to...HOWEVER..they have since not replied back to my emails regarding cancellation of the order and a REFUND WHICH THEY HAD ALREADY AGREED TO!! I contacted Fair Trading and asked for their assistance with this....SO DISAPPOINTED that an Australian company can scam people like this!!! Update: this company has cancelled my order and refunded the amount of $2.00...they took out the shipping costs (which they sent a free returns label) plus restocking fee and taxes....the HIDE of these people!!
Follow-up · This company only responded after I contacted Fair Trading otherwise I would not have had any response from them. The bag looked NOTHING like the bag on their website, it had terrible white creases all over it and looked second-hand cheap.
Do not recommend. The worst online store and customer service I’ve ever had! – The worst customer service - rude, conceited, ignore emails, threaten customers.
Best lunch products around! – We love everything we’ve bought from Mini Hippo. We own many Yumboxes in all different sizes and colours. all ages, we just started our baby with one as his first drink bottle. Perfect size to chuck in a bag! I’ve also bought many of the lunch bags and So Young products over the years! All still in great condition after years of use! These products are my go to gift for friends kids. Practical and pretty! Great customer service and really quick delivery!
Zero customer service – I purchased 2 Yumboxes which were used for 4 days and washed in the top rack of the dishwasher under 60 degrees as per the instructions. They both warped. They offered 15% discount to purchase again.
If I could give it one star I would – I followed up an item which was allegedly ‘posted’ in January in March and again in June. Item possibly never sent as Aus Post indicates tracking number is pending. Got told my mini hippo that I would not be refunded the item because my delay in reaching out meant I was trying to scam them out of the $30 I paid for a yumbox. Thanks for the awesome customer service you bunch of idiots!
