Our move made easy and stress free – We used Mini Movers to shift from Brisbane to the Sunny Coast. House to a unit with multiple stops. Nothing was too much trouble and their staff were polite & helpful. We are very happy with our move and recommend their services.

Careful workers – Today, two very obliging young men, James and Wai came and moved furniture for me. Bulky awkward items that they cheerfully took downstairs, and then brought replacements upstairs. Absolute rip off & lazy – Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars. Moved from Sandgate to Brisbane city. Staff was deployed from Northgate depot. attempted to use the stairs and then said it could not be done. They of course had to take the lounge back to the Sandgate resulting in more money and "dumped" the lounge in the garage. One of the movers was carrying boxes in the new place and heavily scaped the wall with a box and left a gouge and marks which basically had to scrub to get off. He even looked at the wall not knowing I was looking after he did it & didn't mention it. Have taken photos of damages as there were a number of boxes that were damaged (completely ripped and torn) These were tough removalist boxes which were new! Broke items which were visible and they could not deny it. Apartment already had white goods so there was very little to move. I even at one stage asked why they were not using the trolley for boxes etc and they then said they could do that if I wanted! They actually carried 1 box at a time from house to truck & truck to apartment. A neighbour who had a small pantec truck noticed the lounge being moved back in my garage and offered to take the lounge back with a friend and easily moved the lounge up the stairs into the apartment. These men were extremely slow and dragged the job out as long as they could. One in particular absolutely stuffed around with his phone constantly and I heard the other guy several times saying "come on". Minimovers is an absolute rip off and would highly recommend NOT using the Northgate depot as a choice. Never again. Would rather burn my furniture than than use Minimovers again. Please DON'T use them unless you're happy paying exorbitant fees and willing to have your goods damaged, otherwise if you're willing to sacrifice that, they are the perfect company to use.

internal moves too – needed help lifting very very heavy desk onto its legs. minimovers guys flipped it in literally 2 seconds. expensive job for what it was, but cheap in no risk of seriously hurting son & I or damaging very expensive desk. was a sunday job as well, so worth the $$. love this company.

Wouldn't choose them again – I moved a small 3bedroom house (one person) into a 2bed apartment. Booked over the phone for 7am on a Monday. Was told I was the first job of the day and they'd arrive between 7 - 8am, with email confirmation of my booking. When they hadn't arrived at 820am I rang for an ETA. 11-1pm. The call centre was located in the phillipines and noone was able to tell me why this change had occurred and I could not speak to a supervisor. Upon calling a second time I had no better luck and the booking was for 11-1pm. After much discussion a very small discount was offered. They arrived around 12:40pm. The movers were friendly young men who worked swiftly and worked well together but dropped a few boxes here and there and somehow a few were placed upside down. No damages occured to my belongings. My early morning move didn't finish until early evening, which was quite disruptive to my work and pre-existing plans. I wouldn't choose this company again.

This is a scam designed to rip you off – These people are simply scam artists. $160 per hour for a large van and when they turn up the first half hour is taken up discussing payment. They do not seem to know anything about moving or packing. Very, very slow and nothing is stacked. start taking tiny things of no weight. Everything was placed to take up maximum floor space and not one single item was stacked. They 'filled' the van with twelve pieces of furniture and charged me $730 for the privilege. That works out at $60 per item moved just 12 minutes away door to door. A separate courier for each item would have been cheaper. They complained each time they had to move a heavy item like a fridge.

I had to run around and find another removalists to shift everything they had left behind. Got some Kiwis with a much smaller van moved twice as much and charged $320 and yes, they knew how to stack items and also wrapped the expensive items of furniture.

Great Removalists – Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced.customer service is friendly and knowledgable. Delivery of packing materials reliable and good qualities. If you have to move, you will be glad to use this company, especially with so many other pretty bad ones around. Unfortunately, they only do relatively short moves. It is not for interstate.
