house perfectly, it is incredibly functional. Toby listened to what I wanted and was able to incorporate it into the design. Luke superbly managed the project and it was completed on time and on budget. Any hiccups were dealt with professionally and quickly. Customer service was exceptional. Nice product bad customer service – Paid 2000 dollars for a h-2100x w-600 cupboard which was very excessive. So when we decided to pick it up to save on cost 260 dollars delivery they wouldn't bubble rap it or give us something to protect it on the journey home. Reason was it wasn't 2 pac Basically you didn't spend enough so stuff you We did this as a trial run before we did our whole house, thanks mint kitchens for making our minds up Moonee Ponds store was poor

Great design, disappointing installation – Our designer did a fantastic job designing a new kitchen and wardrobe to meet our needs. She took the time to come to our house to see the space, sit down with us and play with different ideas. The only complaint I have is with the installation team who were unable to finish on time which resulted in us having to push back other parts of the renovation several weeks (they were off on a different job while trying to finish ours in their spare time, which was quite frustrating). They also didn't do a great job with some of the finishes which resulted in them having to call back some of the tradesmen, and were a bit secretive about problems (e.g. taking the wine rack back to be fixed, but not wanting to tell us what exactly was wrong). All good in the end though. Great design, friendly customer service Installation was delayed and the workmanship was average
