Great positive experience – The below negative reviews were not my experience at all. The day my ad went alive inquiries started coming in, followed daily by others. My property sold in under 6 weeks. It was easy to contact Gopal who was respectful to deal with, and when I had to do minor adjustments to ad, this was easy and quick too. I saved many thousands of $$ by selling myself with Minus the Agent, happy to recommend, great value for money.

It got worse – Not impressed with their performance at all. First it took 10 days to get a photographer here, then 3 days to get those photos, then they printed sign and brochures in Brisbane and shipped them to WA which takes another 2 weeks. slightly lower than their competitors but they increased i.e. the costs for a photographer by $50 after mine. They offer writing help in their ad about the packages but I never got any. Only go with them if you don't mind waiting and not getting replies.

Minus The Agent – Overall concept good. Price is just ok. But when they do a mistake they don't rectify it. When you try to contact them about the problem you can't reach them via phone, or get excuses after excuses stating that they will get around to it, time after time the same merry go round. They also make jokes about it, saying the problem has been fixed via their own live chat room on their official website.
