“wheel it instead” isn’t helpful when you need to go up steps or empty it into a laundry sink. Every attempt ends with water spilling all over the floor. Despite sending multiple emails with photos and videos showing the issues, the best response I ever received was an offer of a 30% refund — even though they advertise a “100% satisfied or your money back” guarantee. Then they stopped replying to my e- mails until I gave in & accepted the inadequate 30%. On top of that, they are not an Australian company as they claim. BEWARE — this product and the customer service have been extremely disappointing.

Miracle Mop no miracle – I purchased the mop and the bucket which were not cheap. My advice, don’t bother with the bucket because where the handles are located you go to pick it up and it unbalances and you spill the water everywhere. After much back and forth with Valerie from customer care I was finally sent a new replacement part but I did have to remind her 2 weeks later that she said they would do that as it still hadn’t been dispatched. This didn’t last long either and Valerie told me she would get the warehouse team to review it and get back to me. That was in mid October. I’ve since sent 2 emails asking about progress or outcome and had no reply. It’s now the 11th Dec. I think they are now hoping I just go away and are ignoring me.. So sadly my feedback isn’t positive but would be a lot different if customer care would even bother to actually care about what they’re selling and how they treat their customers.. Save your money and don’t buy a Miracle Mop because it would be a miracle if it didn’t break within half a dozen usages..

Fantastic, quick, easy mopping – Mopping the floor is easy and quick with this fantastic mop. You dip the soft microfibre cleaning pad in the water, lift the handle to squeeze out the excess water, and clean the floor, leaving no marks behind. The cleaning pad can be machine washed after use, the fold up bucket stored away. I ordered five of them for the whole family.
