updates? Emails that say "thank you for your checking in!" and "don't hesitate to reach out with questions!" but to date they haven't provided any actual information about my order. Sound like a bot to you? Yep... sigh. Call me duped. Please beware of any dealings with this company.
Follow-up · Update: I finally got my toothbrushes. WAY after Christmas, from a random shipping company - just plunked on my porch with no notification. Good thing I was home! I bought this toothbrush only 3 months ago - at first it was great and then it stopped working. It would turn off as soon as you pressed start. It would not hold a charge. I emailed customer support and they told me that I would have to buy another one - after several emails back and forth I found out that I have no consumer rights in Australia. My advice DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT if you want customer service when everything goes pear shape.
