Night and Day difference from a manual toothbrush, or the Oral B competitor – I tried buying an Oral B electric toothbrush a while ago, and while it was okay, I ended up going back to manual. This blew my mind for $30 at my local woolworths (1/2 price). I looked it up online after seeing it in store and noticed that it was actually a steal of a price, took a leap of faith and purchased it, and now can't see myself going… Read more
back to manual brushing. Though this is an entry-level one, it's still amazing and I'll probably end up upgrading. As a young adult (still learning the ins and outs of taking care of myself) this has really piqued my interest and shown me how much more there is to household dental health, and made a vast improvement on the cleanliness of my teeth. The only things that are negative are: the noise (it's called SONICare for a reason) though it's not as loud and annoying as the Oral B one I had used, it's quite odd and high-pitched. Not being able to keep my bottom lip up because of the vibration (I find myself drooling everywhere like a toddler), and the expensive and hard to find replaceable heads. Otherwise a great upgrade and for an entry-level version it is to be expected, though it exceeds overall. Another thing I will say is that it's extremely light, and the heads themselves are very small so I find myself A; using a lot less toothpaste, and B; being able to brush very finely and reach every crevice and corner of my teeth. God that sounds creepy. But it's true, and a fantastic feeling.
After the 4th has died – Don't buy this product unless you are prepared for it to to be dysfunctional/useless within 4-5 months! I loved this toothbrush, still do, it took some getting used to but I never want to go back to manual brushing as these clean teeth brilliantly. However they are, in my experience semi disposable & poor quality. I have had 4 in the past 18… Read more
months all of which failed in much the same way. Charging beautifully one day, then making a odd beeping sound and not charging at all and finally nothing! My first purchase was almost 18 months ago and it lasted about 4 months, the toothbrush just started making odd sounds on the charger, then died completely. This was very odd because I had taken the brush overseas with me and having charged it before I left, it actually worked o/s for nearly 2 months without a charge!!! Because I liked it so much and had gotten used to it I didn't mind buying another as they are reasonably priced and worrying about warranty was too much hassle- I also thought maybe I had done something wrong by not charging it regularly enough. However, after being really careful and following all directions to the letter, the next one I purchased died in the same way after 3 months. I was furious because whilst I love the brush and the clean it gives my teeth, I felt the brush was obviously a bit of a take! I contacted Philips who replaced both brushes & chargers earlier this year. Well, the brush is obviously not intended for permanent use. The first brush and charger lasted 4 or so months again and I went to the back up second brush and it died 2 weeks ago. I believe the chargers are extremely poor quality and Philips needs to look at this product!! I would never have started using them if I knew they had such a short life span. I wanted a great clean and also an environmentally friendly alternative to disposable plastic brushes. But in contrast to buying disposable toothbrushes this product has not only been a very costly exercise, but ethically a poor one as I now have 4 brushes and chargers to add to landfill! Now I'm at a loss, I dislike that I've had to go back to manual brushing, but I have no confidence that I can replace this brush again :(
This is perfect – I bought it online in a sale and this is my first time using an electric toothbrush, the toothbrush makes me feel my teeths are so clean everyday, it also saves me up a lot of time to brush teeths. It lasts around a week once after you fully charged. Show details · 1
Great daily toothbrush – I bought it for myself as the first electronic toothbrush. It turned to my daily must item at home. I normally brush my teeth after every meal. I've started to consider to buy another one for my work. The features are quite simple. Only two improvements would be 1) the sound and 2) expensive brushes. Show details
Great toothbrush – There is a timers to help you keep track of how long you’re brushing each quadrant of your mouth It seems i no need to use a floss anymore as it really cleans my teeth so well. Show details · 1

Excellent toothbrush – My dentist recommended getting an electric toothbrush. This is a super brush! I ended up buying an extra set of heads, and my husband just swaps it to his head when he uses it. The results were quite incredible, reduction in plaque and bad breath. Show reply
Wonderful electric toothbrush – I'd never used an electric toothbrush before so it took a bit of time to get used to it. I found this toothbrush to be comfortable to hold and easy to use. It's fairly light & good for holding, my hand doesn't get tired gripping it. Its easy to clean & the bristles are soft to use. Wonderful! Show 2 replies
GREAT away to improve your dental health – I bought this model to replace my dying 2012 Model. I love the improvements in this model: smaller and lighter, better battery, 3 intensity settings, 3 cleaning settings, and ONE button to push to turn it ON/off! I’m still using the older Adaptive brush’s. They work just as well and don’t cost more for the wireless cleaning setting. I know what… Read more · 1
setting I want, set it once and be done. ✅ Well worth the cost!!
The old model required multiple button clicking and had a texture wrap - to improve holding?
I found the wrap detached with heavy use and cleaning.
Perfect Electric Tooth Brush – I have gone through several brands before settling on the Philips. Its easy to charge. It has a built in timer for each quadrant and two polish cleans. The timer briefly stops and starts the pulse The Philips seem to have the highest vibrations per sec of all the ones I have tried One CON - The replacement Heads are expensive. Probably the most expensive brand for replacement heads which last about three months for me. Show reply

Excellent! – Wish I would have purchased this long time ago, I think you get a far better clean on your teeth with this. Easy to use, soft on gums & the jet flossing on mine is unreal. I believe my teeth & gums are far healthier since using this. Show reply
Sonicare HX3210A - The BEST Electric Toothbrush I've Ever Owned – My old Oral B's battery died, so I bought another from Coles who had them on special. But that Oral B brush was noisy and actually hurt my gums. Thankfully, Coles were good enough to give me a refund on the used toothbrush. I had read good reviews on the Philips Sonicare Elite - and though there were some fairly expensive models - I managed to… Read more
find one on eBay from KG Electronics under $60. The brush arrived, and I charged it for about 8 hours.
Right off - I was impressed with how comfortable the brush felt in my hand and with the angle of the head, which reaches easily into pretty well all areas of my mouth.
My first impression was that it was not very powerful - BUT when I read the instructions; it has an Easy-start feature - i.e. the brush gently increases its power over the first 14 brushings so that you get used to it. So clever!
It also has Quadpacer, a discreet sound that alerts you to change to the next area of cleaning, every 30 seconds. After 2 minutes (the recommended time for all brushes), it switches off. There's also a little chirp when you return it to the charger.
Simply put - I LOVE this brush - it cleans MUCH better than my old Oral B. Since using it, I have noticed that my gums no longer bleed which I have found absolutely amazing!
I just wish that they had existed years ago - because I believe that my teeth and gums would be in much better shape today.
Good product! – Long-lasting battery up to about two weeks. Do not have to charge all time, which is handy. The case is convenient for travel. Smart design. It's nice to use and teeth very comfortable during and after cleaning. Just for whitening function, not very impressed as I do not feel that function is working that well. Overall, happy for the purchase. Show reply
Love it – At the first week of using it I thought it was SLIGHTLY rough for my teeth, but that was because I've never had an electronic tooth brush before. Now 6 months later I even feel like it would be even better if it vibrated stronger, or maybe I need to replace the Head as the bristles have frayed... I let my husband use it and a piece of his plaque… Read more · 2
came off! So he loves it too!
I only wished the 'stem' between the head and handle was thicker so it feels more natural to brush like a regular toothbrush so I can do better circular motions. The actual tip of the head and bristles is narrow and small which is perfect to get between my minorly crooked teeth. The bristles aren't too hard, they're great.
Great Electric Toothbrush – This product is very good, I think it is the best electronic toothbrush there is. It has improved my oral health greatly. It has an ample amount of different settings and more than one head. It has a long charge & has a very nice Dock. Great product. Show reply
Very Nice Product – When I first looked for an electric toothbrush I asked my dentist to recommend me one and he told me about the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean. This device is pricey but does a very good job. Ever since I got this, the dentist has let me know that he has seen an improvement in my dental health. A lot of different settings and a good amount of battery charge. Only downfall is the price. Still an amazing product. Show reply
Delighted With This System – I received this for christmas and I really love it. I can feel my teeth are less 'fuzzy' and cleaner. The toothbrush itself is very well made and I like the black colour, its a nice break from all the white ones. There are many modes available and a timer function and it is always charged and ready to go as I just leave it on the base. Quality unit. very happy Show reply
I have bought 2 of these toothbrushes & they both stopped working. It is a defective product – These toothbrushes do not work for more than a couple of months. They are defective products They cost a ridiculous amount and there is no guarantee of their ongoing functionality
