Oral-B Vitality Precision Clean

The brushing power is effective but very strong so you must be careful with pressure to avoid damaging gums over time. This toothbrush is very loud and makes a horrible gurgling sound that persists no matter what head is put on. It gets dirty easily and needs to be cleaned often. The little hole in the Oral B heads love to collect water and… Read more
bacteria. Also for some reason it takes 24 hours to charge a toothbrush! The price is not worth the inconvenience this toothbrush causes. I'm convinced that many of these reviews aren't all human either. Won't be buying again.
Affordable and Reliable – I recently acquired the Oral-B Vitality Precision Clean electric toothbrush from ShaverShop, and I must say it's a gem of a find. Priced at a mere $22.49 during a sale, this toothbrush has not only proven to be affordable but also remarkably reliable, surpassing my initial expectations. The rechargeable battery of the Oral-B Vitality Precision… Read more
Clean deserves special mention for its impressive longevity. With my partner and I both using it twice daily, the toothbrush manages to power through an entire week on a single charge. This feature alone adds to the convenience and makes it a hassle-free addition to our oral care routine.
Beyond its endurance, the toothbrush's cleaning prowess is commendable. Its powerful performance ensures a thorough cleaning, reaching even the most challenging-to-access areas. The well-thought-out design strikes a perfect balance – it's sufficiently substantial to fit comfortably in your hand during brushing without feeling cumbersome or distracting.
While the toothbrush itself is a steal for its price, the only consideration lies in the cost of the replacement heads. They can be a bit pricey, so it's wise to keep an eye out for sales and stock up when the opportunity arises. This minor caveat aside, the overall value offered by the Oral-B Vitality Precision Clean makes it an excellent investment for those looking to maintain oral health without breaking the bank.
In conclusion, the Oral-B Vitality Precision Clean electric toothbrush stands out for its affordability, reliability, and impressive performance. Whether you're seeking a budget-friendly option or a reliable secondary toothbrush, this model delivers exceptional value. I highly recommend the Oral-B Vitality Precision Clean for its durability, efficient cleaning, and overall affordability.
I purchased a Braun toothbrush when my other broke down, it is good BUT - there is no indication when it is plugged in if it is charging or not, or if it has completed charging !

Oral B always – Have been using oral B rechargeable toothbrushes for years and when it was time to replace my son's toothbrush there was no question, we would definitely be getting one of these. They are easy to use, easy to clean and when on special, reasonably priced. Very happy with how they clean our teeth and our kids get great feedback from our family dentist. Show details

A simple, no-frills electric toothbrush to cover your basic dental needs – I purchased the electric toothbrush last month and have been using it consistently for tbe past 2 weeks. I have found it to be a significant improvement over manual brushing without any unnecessary features. The toothbrush itself is easy to grip and the small brush head makes it easy to reach the back teeth. I find the bulkiness and texture of… Read more · 1
the handle makes it feel more secure in my grip. The bristles were gentle on my teeth while providing a thorough clean. My teeth feel considerably cleaner compared to when I used a manual toothbrush. As I keep the toothbrush on charge when it is not in use, I have not experienced any issues with its battery life or motor speed. I have not travelled with it but its design would benefit from improved portability, whether it be slimming the handle down or including a travel case.
The only gripe I have about the product is the recommended retail price. Although I am happy with my purchase, I do not think it is worth $49.99. I recommend waiting for it to go on sale before buying it.
Good price, great job, I wish I can repair old ones – If this is your first electric brush, you will love it. I do love mine. This is my 2nd set already. Pro: way better in cleaning teeth than regular brush it comes with 2 brush head. battery can last a week (getting shorter as it gets older) you can charge it. Some electric brush need to use AA batteries. Cons: the heads are expensive to replace.… Read more
You can find 3rd party replacement online but the quality isn't as good as the original one.
You can't repair it. The old adaptor used to have a hook where you can open the bottom part (to replace the battery maybe??) but still, the mechanism is too difficult to open. Very sad to let my old one go. It should have been easier to replace batteries so we dont waste resources by buying new one everytime. Newer batches don't have that adaptor that has a 'small hook' anyway. So practically once it can't be used, u need to throw it away, such a waste.
If you go for the higher end Oral B, which costs double, even 4x more expensive, it does make a difference (I have tried before) but not so significant. If you want simple brush, no frill just get this one. Which is rrp$40 but can get around $20ish in goodguys or coles/ woolies during half price sale (very often).
Does exactly what it is meant to – Have had a number of the Braun Oral B toothbrushes over the years. Tried another brand once but came back to the Oral B. I generally replace the Oral B only because the battery loses some charge or they just get a little messy looking and the new ones are on sale. Never had one that actually broke. As a toothbrush, it works well and I feel it… Read more
superior over the "manual" brush. Certainly feels more thorough and efficient. It just does what its meant to do.
Downsides are:
1) The cord can be a little long and you have to coil it up but this issue will be dependent on where you use it. In my case, its right next to the power outlet…hence the problem.
2) Head replacements are expensive. It’s a bit like buying a cheap printer and then being forced to buy very expensive print cartridges. You really do need to shop around to buy reasonably priced heads for it.
3) No matter how well you think you rinse it off, there is always a slurry of “liquidy” toothpaste that pools on top of the stand/charger. Usually need to clean this separately once a week.
These are only minor issues however. It certainly won’t stop me from buying another one of these when the time comes.

Great deal – I got it 6 months ago and i love it. Better than using the manual toothbrush. I feel my teeth more clean and white. I Love it!! Highly recommend guys Show details
Good Value – After eleven and a half years and an estimated seven thousand five hundred operations, my old Oral B brush finally packed it in. Can't complain! The current model seems a huge improvement, with a much more dynamic action and a seven day (fourteen operation ) performance. I bought it half price from Coles - this seems to be a regular offer and at… Read more · 1
least partly offsets the rather pricey replacement brushes. Another long-serving tool in my dental care kit? Who knows? I'll get back to you in ten years or so!
Excellent and durable tooth brush – I have been using Oral B Vitality for so many years that I cannot even remember when I bought it. It is a robust device and cleans teeth very well. The only little problem which I do not mind is that it needs to be charged every 5-6 days. However for $22.50 at Coles on special the 5-6 day battery life is acceptable. Show details

Worst packaging oral B products – While the oral B electric toothbrushes are great, the packaging is not only hard to get into but is the worst environmentally friendly packaging I have ever come across. This is a terribly hard plastic package that older people would not even be able to get into. Show details
Cheap workhorse – We have used Oral-B Vitality for a long time (10 years?). It's reliable and cheap but suffers from a few design flaws - Uses a NiCad Battery. Bad for the environment and suffers memory effect where the unit will not hold charge. - Speed is great when you take it off the charger but slows considerably after a day - The charger holder is not… Read more
bidirectional and worse, it sort of fits if you you put it the wrong way around (our charger sits sideways on our nook so I can never remember if it is left or right) - Probably worst, is bacteria can build up between the metal drive arm and plastic housing because the seal sits a ways down the drive shaft. It can cause right old stink. I rinse mine, seperate the head and put it upside down to help it drain and dry.
Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us and thank… Read more
This brush is rubbish – I bought two new Vitality brushes to replace ageing previous ones. Unfortunately, I threw away the old ones along with the chargers. These new ones get a half charge at best and then don’t hold the charge. I’ve tried short charge times of one to two hours and charges as long as twelve hours, all without success. I tried to contact Braun through… Read more
their own “contact” email three times but that wouldn’t submit. I phoned their contact number only to speak with a “consultant” who didn’t seem to understand basic English or know what the product was. Seems Braun didn’t want to be contacted. Poor product from big name.

Okay and affordable toothbrush – This is easy to use and hold and works great for daily brushing and dental care. It’s a cheaper low cost semi electric toothbrush, it’s okay but not as sturdy as a real electric toothbrush, but this is cheaper. I bought once but didn’t repurchase as it didn’t wow me. I don’t need to be contacted by OralB as I didn’t have any issues with the toothbrush.
Other brands a better – Bought Oral b electric toothbrush from Chemist's warehouse. Not the best choice. Battery doesn't hold power and the motor is weak. Slight pressure while brushing and it stops. Other family members recommended Philips Sonicare but I thought I will give Oral B a go. Hope this helps you all decide. Show details

How about a toothbrush that can be charged via USB instead of useless gimmicks? – How about a toothbrush that can be charged via USB instead of useless gimmicks? I want to use my Oral B toothbrush while traveling in a caravan. How does Oral B think I can charge that thing? I would need to turn on my inverter that uses heaps of power just to charge a stupid toothbrush? I have bought now a cheap USB charger from China to make it… Read more
work but it would be much better if they could make it in a travel case that charges the toothbrush at the same time (NO 240V/110V) just 5V USB. Otherwise I like the toothbrush but you guys obviously have never camped. And NO: Battery operated are not good enough!
A nice clean product easy to use – The product is nice and clean, it is a pity that you need to continually purchase the heads, but I guess this is the marketing ploy from the companies to get us hooked Show details
Love this toothbrush! – I bought this toothbrush a little while ago and have loved using it since. I find that it works much better than other non electric brushes. your routine. I have found it easy to store in a toothbrush container when travelling. All I do is take off The brush head and store it in the container with it. I also like how I am able to change the brush head to suit the concerns I am having with my teeth whether it be whitening, gum care and or sensitivity.
This is really valuable toothbrush, good price and good quality – This is really valuable toothbrush, good price and good quality. I've got one, i used for 3 years and i got a new one I've been using it over one year, i love it pretty much I've buy it for my family. Show details
Leaves teeth very clean – have bought a few Oral-B products and they are all great. Electric toothbrush gives a fantastic clean. Replacement heads are easily available and it holds its charge really well Have bought the whole family one each! Show details · 1
Best toothbrush – Very good electric toothbrush. Gives a good clean to the teeth. I have been using it for approximately 1 year now. Works very well except had to change the bristles twice. Show details
Disappointing – My previous sonic toothbrush died, so I decided to try this one based on its good reviews, however, I was extremely disappointed. Firstly, I have very sensitive, partially receeding gums and it was WAY too harsh for my mouth. That issue aside, I tried it out for a good 2 weeks and it did not make my teeth feel anywhere near as clean as my old… Read more
sonic brush (which was just a cheap Kogan brand). My breath actually began to smell and I can't say the Oral-B Vitality was any better than a manual toothbrush. Also, BEWARE of their advertised "180 day satisfaction guarantee". I wanted to take advantage of this, but then saw I couldn't simply return it to the place of purchase and would have to pay for return postage which would be about half the purchase price.
PS -- I was given the option of sending my negative review directly to Oral-B to give them a chance… Read more (+2 replies)

Pretty good – Convenient, better than manually. Easy to store and travel with. Got it at half price. Very good value. Switched from phillips because the brush head is too expensive. But this one works just fine. Happy with the switch. Show details · 1
Cheap and good (when on sale) – We purchased this when this was on 1/2 price from woolworth. It was $20 for the pack (toothbrush + refill). For $20, this is a good value for money. It has a 30 seconds time, cleans teeth very week. Unfortunately, the head doesn't rotate as well as colgate's electric toothbrush. I wouldn't pay for this full price, but when for $20 (half-price), this product is a good start if you are trying our electric tooth brush. Show details
Affordable and good quality at the same time – The one i was using since day one..good quality and reliable. I was to upgrade for a higher level braun electric toothbrush but i just cant afford it. The vitality of braun is just good enough and good value for your money Show details
Awesome! – Acts as a floss, it gets in-between gaps in teeth and cleans it out with its circular motions! Charge lasts a alone time and bristles are very durable. Makes brushing teeth very fun Show reply
It's perfect! – I have bought it around 2 years ago from coles. It works perfectly. I haven't changed the brush yet. No issue at all. Clean the teeth very nice. Each charge works more than a week. Show details
excellent price – excellent price, performance, fast charging, lasts a lifetime. i had to replace one only after 5 years. Cleans well, spare brushes no problem. Cleans teeth really well. The only toothbrush you need! – My dentist recommended I try an electric toothbrush as they are much more efficient. This is the first one I've tried and for the price it is amazing! super handy. Only wish is that they came in more colours! I purchased the sensitive one just because the colour was different to the regular one.
Great value for money – We Highly recommend This toothbrush to everyone. Very reliable and the battery life Last for a long tome not to mention the chat ever itself can be kept in the bathroom because it’s quite sturdy and waterproof. Show details · 2
Perfect toothbrush – I have always wanted to get an electric toothbrush but was unsure of what one to buy. Someone said to try the oral-B brand. It has been the best toothbrush ever. I have used it for a few months now and my teeth are already starting to feel nicer and look whiter. would recommend hands down. Show reply
Perfect starter electric toothbrush – Bought this toothbrush a couple of years ago on special, half price, and it's still going strong. Battery lasts a long time after a good charging. Cleans teeth well. Replacement heads are expensive but I wait until they are on special. Show details · 1
Awesome toothbrush – I like that they have a good range of interchangeable heads.. I got mine on sale for $22. This does everything a $100 brush does. It was a no brainer for me at $22. Cleans the teeth really well.. Show details
Highly recommended, cleans teeth well – Makes brushing easy and better. I can feel my mouth is cleaner. My kids love them and make it easier to prompt them to brush their teeth. Just need to change the head every now and then. Easy to store but we don’t bring them on travels. The charge can last a day, depends how old it is. The battery didn’t charge well anymore after about 3-4years of use. So worth it. Bought another one. Show details · 1
Used it for years now – It's a good and basic electric toothbrush. It don't have all the crazy gadgets but it does have a 2 minute timer and does the job. I have had mine for years with no problems and is very reliable. Show details · 1
