Excellent Carpet Cleaning Job – We had another company booked to do our end of lease carpet cleaning and they cancelled last minute. So I called ishara in a bit of a panic and he assured me he could fit me in the next day. I really appreciated his professionalism and he was fantastic to deal with. My carpet was left soaking wet – My experience today was unfortunate. I informed the telephone operator that it was a large house, stairs and empty (moving in day after). SEND THEM YOUR FLOOR PLAN before hand. My carpet has been left saturated. I have no idea how we will move furniture in tomorrow. The cleaning machine he came with was not up for the large job. I feel horrible for the guys doing the work and disgusted at the mis-information provided on the telephone. I gave them the business because they were mid-range pricing and easy to deal with. Only to now understand it was actually careless, not easy. Unfortunately, would not recommend. The cleaning guys were really lovely and understanding and did the best they could. Telephone operator should be re-trained and they should ask for floor plans or measurements at least. I feel like crying.

the quote that I was given and that I couldn’t go over that and that I was a pensioner it made no difference to him the measurements were overall the same that I had given when I got the quote but he was relentless I had no choice but to accept it as I had to hand the keys in that day, be very careful and be sure what your paying prior.

Got straight into his work and had decent equipment too, so you know it is value for money. Did the job but were inflexible – The cleaners did their job but their measurements were quite different to the professional measurements we had already had done. They insisted they were correct and were not willing to remeasure or adjust their price. I recommend you watch their measurements to trust their accuracy.
