I recently installed MIY Outdoor Blinds on my back patio area and couldn’t be happier with the result! A big thank you to the MIY Outdoor team for all their support, they made the whole process so easy. I highly recommend watching their “How to Measure” and “How to Install” videos and downloading the step-by-step instructions before you get started. (And if you can, find a handy partner like mine to help out too haha!) The quality of the blinds is excellent, the service was spot-on, and the savings compared to the other quotes we got made it totally worth it. I’d absolutely recommend MIY Outdoor to anyone looking for great blinds and great value!
Decent product but no response from support – I ordered a wire guide blind and it took just over 5 weeks to arrive. For the most part the blind seems good quality however I wasn't a fan of the swageless wire terminals that were included. The wire just pulled out when attempting to tension it. The terminal designs included were not the same as those included in their installation video or in the product photos on their website.
I tried contacting their support emails and never got a response. Also tried calling their number, left a message and never got a response.

Better than expected – Really happy with the product. Wasn’t sure how long it’d take to freight living in Qld. We had it after 3.5weeks definitely worth the wait. Install was straight forward with the support provided
