Mlily Ambience

AVOID MLILY – Recently purchased a King size Deluxe Dream Ambient MLILY mattress at $1,600. We chose MEDIUM firmness. After about two weeks of trying to get used to it, I contacted [Name Removed] & [Name Removed] at 40 Winks to ask for advice as I wasn’t sleeping well. The mattress was too hard, and seemed MUCH firmer than the one we had tried out in-store. Apart from sleeping poorly, I was also rolling off the bed – weird, I know! - I felt like I was sleeping on a concrete floor. After the first suggestion of giving it time, their second suggestion was to change the slates – did that but no change. Their third suggestion was to send out the rep. [Name Removed], the MLILY rep, came and said the bed was identical to the one in-store and that possibly the room temperature could make the foam feel harder!!! He offered no help or advice and just left. At this stage, it has been just under 3 months and I am still having great difficulty sleeping well. Fortunately, we kept our old mattress for the guest room so I often wake up in the middle of the night and transfer to the guest room – not how I would like to be enjoying my new mattress, but I am left with no other option. MLILY does not have a comfort guarantee, be AWARE!!! My experience has been a terrible one and I hope this review helps others out there. AVOID MLILY
