Mlily Orchid Mattress Queen

I quite like it – It is the best one I ever had. Very comfortable I can even wash the cover, if it gets dirty. Memory foam remembers my position and provides support to my back.

7.5cm gel infused memory foam mattress topper – I've always owned memory foam mattresses and toppers so I didn't hesitate getting a Mlily mattress topper, it felt perfect when I tried it in store. 3 weeks on and I'm burning alive! It's early spring and I'm waking up in a pool of sweat and burning hot. My hips and thighs feel the most heat (obviously where I sink in) and now I understand what people mean when they suggest memory foam are hot to sleep in. I've tried a mattress protector and sleeping in just a sheet - neither worked, I just ended up cold on top and hot on the bottom. This isn't tolerable and I now have to spend more money or lose my money finding a solution.

The cover on the mattress in also lose and not firmly fitted so I feel this, and now the mattress protector, moving around in the night as a wiggle and squirm from the heat.

This had so much potential, it's the perfect sinkage and feel but I can't recommend risking your money here.

Head elevation too far down bed – If elevating head feet and bedding fall off foot of bed. If you elevate foot to counteract you are bent in the middle. No way you can elevate just for reading as it is approximately a metre to bend. Very disappointing. Only gave 2 stars because top of the range, Orchid, mattress is very comfortable, however must be rotated every 6 weeks as gets permanent indent in sleeping spot. The mattress is extremely heavy so a major 2 man job to rotate it. Previously had koala mattress. Far superior.
