Do not buy from them!!
Purchased a car on marketplace from them with warranty, advertised as always serviced and roadworthy after the first service I had to put a lot of money into the car because. Warranty sold with it is a joke doesn't cover anything at all. Guess been mechanic and car dealer is a good business to make your own rules of what's 'road worthy' or not or simply scam people. Do not buy!!!
Not recommended. Watch out
These guys have no integrity. Not recommended.
They said they would fix some rust in the back of the van before purchase and did the bare minimum that the eye could see. When i finally took the draws out of the back there was still rust.
The LPG never worked from day 1 and now been quoted $2k to fix.
The engine light came on just after 1 month with o2 sensors needing to be replaced. The power steering needs work. They claimed they serviced it but after a mechanic checked it out he said it was an oil change and thats about it.
When I emailed...
Read more them to ask what was going on and how could all of this happen they didn't want anything to do with it. Also the 2 year warranty they 'give' you is also another company that refuse to fix anything and claim it's not covered.Do not purchase from mls automotive [Name Removed] & his team!!
I would not recommend MLS Automotive to anyone!!!! [Name Removed] & [Name Removed] would give them 0 starts if i could "[Name Removed]" owner of the dealership his all for it for advertising unserviced vehicles!! Dont believe the rubbish that comes out of his mouth!!! Don't be fooled by the lies he will tell you about the vehicle & it his warranty all OF IT IS A SCAM he explains it very well for you to fall for it!! Don't spend your money & time talking to this man. I Purchased my Maza ute from this bloke 3 months ago in JUNE 2021 till now its...
Read more September 2021!! 3 months later to be told that i need a to buy a new MOTOR!! Was told by [Name Removed] & [Name Removed] that i have to pay for a new MOTOR at my own expense and only $1000 from warranty!!! Quoted $9000 on a motor & $2000 for labour. Who in the world would pay 11k on top of 18,500k ute that only to be used for 3 MONTHS!! Do not purchase from him or his team! Thanks for selling me an unserviced vehicle!! No safety checks. These guys are rogues. Be very careful.
Lies, Lies, Lies...If that's your idea of a good used car dealer then MLS is for you. Be especially careful if you are interested in the 2002 Toyota Hi Ace commuter they have on sale at present. We just returned it and got a refund ($8500) It's a lemon. Was a former taxi and someone has replaced the odometer. It overheated after just an hour and despite $4500 of repairs it still overheated. On top of that MLS originally sent my daughter out without headlights, indicators or working thermostat. So much for pre-sales safety checks! They just do not care. Culpable.

Claimed vehicle was "ex-military" and roadworthy, it was neither.
I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Troopcarrier from MLS, and due to Covid restrictions, I could not inspect the vehicle in person before the purchase. The ad listed the vehicle as "Ex-military", "Just Serviced" and "Comes with 6 months rego", and after being assured on the phone that it was free of defects I decided to make the purchase.
Upon receiving the vehicle it was immediately evident that it was not road-worthy. These are the defects I found so far in the vehicle:
Transfer case had no oil and caught fire when driving - $5700
The clutch...
