If I could give zero stars and a middle finger, I would. This company is dishonest, manipulative, and provides the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They push you into buying what they want to sell, not what you request, and their website is completely misleading — items listed as available are not actually in stock. Once you place an… Read more
order, you cannot cancel it, even if it hasn’t been shipped. They refuse refunds, despite orders not leaving their office or being handed to DHL. Prices listed on their website are inaccurate; they change them whenever they like, and shipping costs are suddenly “adjusted” so you end up paying far more than expected.
When I compared their prices to local suppliers, the difference was just a few cents — hardly worth the hassle and unprofessionalism. Their excuse was, “Basically, in the last 2 months the agency increased the price twice… we hope this won’t happen next time, sorry, but please buy it now.”
This was my first and last time dealing with them. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Still waiting – My first order arrived quickly, my second is still processing after 2 weeks. I emailed asking how my order was going and still have not received a reply, even thou it says on the site they will get back to you within 2 days.
