four days about a refund and was told only the manager can do that and he will call you back and hung up on multiple times. I asked if I could wait on the line for roby and was told goodbye and hung up on again.

Only when I opened a palpay case was I phoned back, I was told that modkingz was a legitimate business and that that it takes time to return money.i asked to speak to roby but again he was unavailable

Modkingz manager never even bothered to replay to me, so paypal refunded me wasted 3 weeks waiting for my money back.

Worst customer service still no product – Worst customer service I’ve dealt with in 30 years , after paying express freight service took over 3 weeks for the wheels to get here only to find they forgot to send wheel nuts , even though I rang them the day before they sent the wheels ( don’t forget the fitting kit) and the. despite numerous phone calls stating to send the nuts via express… Read more

Absolutely avoid modkings – Paid for a set of method rims and Tyers around $7000, modkings are just a third party reseller meaning they buy the product at cost price, then re sell and RRP making a massive profit for little to no work, the website does all the work for them, when supplied my products they were defective, I contacted modkings direct and was told to show… Read more

evidence of the defect, when I sent the photo they said no warranty because the local tyre shop fitted a wheel to the rim (not balanced-just incase I needed for emergency) not being happy with that I contacted method directly and was told they would absolutely warrant this claim, so I was being completely mislead by modkings who never even contacted method, then after about 4 failed “booked” courier pick ups I got frustrated and tried for days to get communication open with modkings again, finally someone returned my calls and messages days later to then be told it’s my fault and I don’t deserve to be frustrated with the issue initially because it’s not there product that’s defective(even though for cashing in on selling a product without doing any work to earn the commission they can’t afford to quality contrail and pamper every consumer and that it’s not there fault that the couriers don’t show- even tho they were never actually booked, MODKINGS just want to do absolutely no work, take all the commissions and no responsibility and then become argumentative and shout over the top of you while trying to communicate.

Warning - Be careful with this company! – I bought a set of 4 ROH Wheels after doing my research and ensuring the wheels were right for my car's specs (21/08/2023). After paying the $1,316 for the wheels, I received an email with an invoice for $99 for unspecified 'kit'. After a phone call to Modkingz, I was told that I would need to purchase the plastic spacers ($0.10 worth) and nuts… Read more

(not sure why, because I'm not changing the bolts on the car, existing nuts would refit into the grooves perfectly, they'r not selling ROH specific nuts, just aftermarket ones - worth $25 all up). I refused to buy them, but they kept insisting, so I asked them to cancel the order. They told me sternly that it would take 10 business days for a refund.

I then received an email from another employee telling me that they 'recommended' the kit, it wasn't mandatory, but because of their attitude, my mind was made up and I contacted PayPal for refund (lucky they offered PayPal).

Once they got the notification on 22/08/23 of the PayPal refund, they emailed me that I would be charged a 'restocking fee' of 25%. So the wheels haven't even been picked and packed, but they felt entitled to charge a $329 fee for cancelling the order.

I told them they couldn't do that, so they waited until the last day of PayPal resolution due date (31/08/2023) to process the refund, just out of spite.

I would never do business with them again and warn others to be aware of their practises as well.
