completed their lease, he did not have the original PCR images from the beginning of their tenancy (I bought the property tenanted), and returned the property to me in VERY average condition. Would not recommend.

Very outstanding – Kristy Ruhl is an outstanding property manager with MOJO PROPERTY MANAGERS. It’s not everyday property managers are absolute stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and if your looking for a good one, she has been in the business a very long time in chain companies and is just starting out on her own with mojo property here in Perth, if you need a new one who really takes action and keeps the communication open with tennants and home owners, she is your wonder woman!
