The incident caused over $2000 in damages to my property.

Monash Bins asked for receipts, which were provided and assured me that I would be fully compensated. Five months later despite numerous phone calls and emails I am yet to receive full payment for damages.

I strongly recommend you DO NOT use Monash Bins; instead I would suggest using a reputable contractor who has provided adequate safety training to drivers and has adequate insurances to cover such circumstances.

Use of Bin Hire – Terrible customer service skills, they lie and and use blackmailing tactics on customers. Do not ever use this company. They are unreliable and falsify verbal agreements.
