I have had 3 money spot loans, first 2 were for $2000 third they offered me $500 I agreed. No problems communication was good money in the bank straight away. My repayments were before or on the day. Interest rate is ridiculous, loan period is short. Avoid unless you have no other option. Ran additional credit checks when they weren’t meant to, had to go through a process to get it removed. My wife was offered to refinance her loan , she applied for that , they left her sitting 3 days before they declined the loan, why bother giving her a refinance when you are going to knock it back !!!!, disgusting , use someone else !!!! Show details

emailed them politely asking for an explanation they didn't bother to reply to me, they instead blocked my account for 4 days, then unblocked it to show me my loan is now declined!!!

and earn twice as much weekly, apparently that means nothing and then they blocked account for 90days, this is how they treat good customers, absolute joke, so along with monthly fees every month which the amount changes as they please, there are many lenders out there who are much better, better customer service and will treat regular customers much better than this mob they are woeful, safe financial, beforepay, fundo, wagetap, mypaynow, all of these are options and better options, trust me stay away from MoneySpot they don't care about you, just the money they can make of your loans to pay staff who have initials with every letter in alphabet so you never know who your talking to, do yourself a favour and seek other lenders.

Not a scam but basically a scam – These guys try to take repayments out of your bank account on different days of the week resulting in overdrawn fees from your bank and extra fees added to your loan. Not perfect but ok.. could be better – It's unfortunate that moneyspot doesn't offer lower than 1000 or even offer smaller amounts. If you goto the website it 9ffers 2000 and above. 1st time they offered me 2000 then they gave me another offer of 800. Unusual now they won't offer anything When I've been loyal to them and paid all my past loans.

Avoid at all costs – This place has some of the worst customer service going around. When and if you ever get a response from them, it's as if they haven't even bothered to read your message or email, nothing is answered, it's just automated responses that have little to do with your enquiry. Just avoid this place at all costs.
