I Would Give -10 Stars If I Could – DO NOT BUY MONSOON TAPWARE ... throwing out the last of our many Monsoon taps after chrome totally deteriorates over just a couple of years WITHOUT ANY CLEANING CHEMICALS! Only ever used Enjo cloths and water, no cleaning fluids ever!!!

Alas, I was grossly mistaken. Fast-forward 2.5 years or so of use, & I had to replace it all because all the chrome had bubbled and corroded to a point it was beyond unsightly. I contacted the Distributor/Agent merely as a courtesy to advise the situation & how deeply disappointed I was with my purchases.

I was not making a warranty claim, nor seeking any form of compensation whatsoever from them, I just couldn't bear the thought of young renovators spending many $100's, only to experience the same issue. They were instantly on the defensive, so as a further courtesy to them and to validate what I was saying, I took the time to dig the items out of the rubbish bin to take photos.

Well, I was gobsmacked by their rude responses to say the very least, especially considering I had already explained I wasn't seeking anything from them. They were demanding more photos, wanting to waste even more of my time, and basically implied I was lying via email, claiming it likely wasn't their product at all - how dare they? Perhaps they should have a chat with Ozsale & Grays who both sell the AUTHENTIC "Monsoon" brand I purchased, and call them liars. Neither Ozsale nor Grays sell "fake" branded products, they get them direct from manufacturers or distributors. HAVE SINCE UPDATED PHOTOS TO SHOW THE MONSOON BRAND NAME on the last set I am having taken out and disposed of!!! TRIED TO FIND THE DISTRIBUTOR again to send them new photos, and get a retraction of their accusations I was lying, not their brand etc, but they don't appear to exist anymore!!!

I've had the most expensive & salubrious brand taps, and the cheapest brands in my lifetime in quite a few homes I've renovated, but I've never had anything that comes even remotely close to this terrible product range.
